F.A.Q.s from TBCH IRC users

Dear users of TBCH,

I have received many frequently asked questions. Here are the answers for them, and the questions are above answers as most FAQ are formatted.

Q1. Can I be Staff?
A1. No, we choose staff by current staff recommendations and we hand choose.

Q2. Can I advertise?
A2. Yes, but we do not allow you to spam IRC networks. You may put our link on your site, or give it to messenger friends.

Q3. Can I report an IRCOp for disobeying rules?
A3. Yes, we ask you report them to a higher staff member. EXAMPLE: If they are IRC Operator, report them to Server Admin or higher. We will then take care of it. Do not bear false witness as we log the chat!

Q4. Can I help users in #Help?
A4. Yes, even if you are not IRCOp we allow you to help users. Please be sure of the information you provide, or state that you are not sure of the answer.

Q5. Will my private information be released?
A5. No, we do not release any private information. If you think your private information has been released, please speak with a server staff member. The problem will be resolved. Please remember, if YOU give out the information, we are not liable. If an IRCop gives it out, They are liable & will be punished.

Q6. Is registration free on IRC?
A6. Yes.

Q7. How do I register on IRC?
A7. /msg NickServ help register

Q8. Is #help general help?
A8. #help is server help ONLY. We do not help with other servers or services.
